The snow is courtesy of a low-pressure system moving in from Montana. In the southern part of the province, that system brought rain.

Highway Hotline reporting some treacherous driving conditions.

Travel advisories have been issued for a number of highways in the Prince Albert and Saskatoon areas, including 320, 225, 41 and highway 2 south towards St Louis.

As of 9:30p.m Saturday night, travel was not recommended in the St Louis area.
