Police seek two people after serious incident

The Prince Albert Police Service is requesting assistance from the public for information regarding two individuals following an aggravated assault and robbery with a firearm last evening.

According to a media release, police said they responded at 7:20 p.m. to the 100 block of 11th St. E. after receiving a report of a shooting.

When the officers got to the residence they found the victim of the robbery had been injured. Parkland Ambulance attended to the male and took him to Victoria Hospital in stable condition.

The two suspects involved were a male and a female. The male can be described as between 20-25 years old, slim build, around 5’9 or 5’10, wearing blue jeans and a black winter jacket with fur around the hood. There was no description for the female involved.

The police are asking residents in the area to check surveillance video for any information of the two suspects. If the public has any information contact Prince Albert Police Service at 306-953-4222.
