Forensic unit probes P.A. crime scene
A home in Prince Albert’s East Flat has been sealed off by police tape as investigators continue to work at the crime scene.
Officers with the Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) and the RCMP’s Forensic Identification Services unit were at the house, which is located between First and Second Streets East and 11th Avenue East.
One forensic investigator in a white jumpsuit entered and exited the home several times on Wednesday afternoon. The front door and the garage door were wide open, giving no indication of what occurred at the home the night before.
The home is apparently connected to the deaths of five people, in particular, the death of a man who police believe killed a mother and three children in Tisdale. The woman and her three children, all under the age of nine, were found dead at a trailer court park after 1 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
