The PX2 training was developed through the Pacific Institute: http://www.thepacificinstitute.us/v2/  which is an organization that emphasized self-improvement for individuals to better/strengthen the community. 

This training is an initiative through Enterprise Saskatchewan and is being provided to youth all across Saskatchewan to help develop the next generation that will lead Saskatchewan and help eliminate the traditional mindset that has held Saskatchewan back for so many years. 

I took this training about a year ago and found it very intriguing – some of the concepts that it touches upon is the importance of self-talk, the abolishment of scotomas, building your own self-image, and just learning about the way the brain works and how you can alter your perception to accomplish new things.
