14-year-old charged after 3 vehicle fires

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with three counts of arson after setting three cars on fire on Monday night.

At approximately 8:51 p.m., Prince Albert Police and the Prince Albert Fire Department were dispatched to three separate vehicles on fire in the 800 block of 15th St. W.

The vehicles were extinguished, however, they are deemed as total losses with damages estimated at $35,000. No one was injured in the incident.

The youth was charged after an investigation by the police.
