Bail granted for alleged drunk driver

A man accused of causing a fatal crash in northern Saskatchewan is no longer in custody.
Dean Delany Lachance, 20, was granted bail on Thursday at Prince Albert Provincial Court.
The crash happened Nov. 6 on Highway 55 north of Debden.
A 24-year-old man was killed and six people were taken to hospital.
RCMP said speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
Lachance is scheduled to be back in court Dec. 8 in Whitefish.
