Raiders selling WHL Live packages to its season ticket holders

Details are emerging about how Western Hockey League (WHL) fans can watch games this upcoming season.

The Prince Albert Raiders sent out an email to its season ticket holders with different price options for the new WHL Live streaming service on CHL TV. The email was also posted on the Prince Albert Raiders Fan Page on Facebook.

The Raiders are selling its season ticket holders the WHL Live All Access Package for $24.99, with it being sold to the general public at $59.99. That includes access to every game played in the WHL this year, available both live and on-demand.

The Raiders are also adding in some more goodies in other packages as well.

Package #4: WHL All Access Package + Raider Replica Jersey (home or away) = $99.99 ($188.99 retail)

In the email, Raiders business manager Michael Scissons said that “100% of these WHL Live proceeds” will directly support the Raiders.

“We cannot thank you enough for your continued success of the Prince Albert Raider Hockey Club,” Scissons wrote in his email. “This past year has been extremely challenging and our team returning to the ice to play for you and our city begins the healing process we all so badly need.

“We hope you can enjoy watching your team play every night while at the same time supporting your team.”

The WHL East Division, which is what the Raiders are in, will start its games on March 12. All 84 games will be played at the Brandt Centre in Regina.

Games in Alberta’s Central Division will start on Feb. 26, while the American Division will start its matches on March 19.
