Planned snow lift in P.A. to begin Wednesday morning

The City of P.A. has scheduled a snow lift for early tomorrow morning to remove excess snow in the Central Business District.

According to a media release, workers will start on Wednesday at 4 a.m. and plan to have the lift completed before 1 p.m. The city is asking the public to move parked cars to help make the snow removal process easier.

The planned streets include the following:

• 13th Street from First Avenue East to First Avenue West
• 12th Street from Central Avenue to First Avenue East
• 11th Street from First Avenue East to First Avenue West
• Central Avenue from 15th Street to River Street
• First Avenue East from 15th Street to River Street
