UPDATED: Crash on 6th. Ave. E. closes street, two people sent to hospital in serious condition

A car crash on 6 Ave. E and Highway 3 closed the street between Southwood Dr. and Marquis Rd around 10 p.m. Saturday. 

Two cars, a sedan and an SUV, were involved. 

A 17-year-old girl was transferred to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon in serious condition. 

A 79-year-old man was taken to Victoria Hospital and was released with minor injuries, however, he was admitted to the Royal University Hospital shortly after his release and is currently in serious condition.
