Patient and Family Advisory Group – PAPHR

A Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a formal group that meets regularly for active collaboration between staff, clinicians, administrators, and residents and family members on policy and program decisions.

The goal of this group is to improve the Long Term Care experience for residents and families.
