Taser used on man during traffic stop in Regina

Regina police had to use a Taser on a man after an officer was attacked during a traffic stop Saturday morning.
Officers pulled over a vehicle in the 3200 block of Parliament Avenue around 6 a.m. for suspected impaired driving.
During the stop, one officer was assaulted and a second officer used a Taser to stop the attack. The first officer received minor injuries but will be alright.
During the arrest, police found what they believe to be cocaine and steroids along with stolen property.
