Corner Gas parting ways with pieces of its old set
It's a chance to have your own piece of Canadian television history — props, costumes and set pieces from Corner Gas are on sale at the sound stage in Regina this weekend.
Many of the items had been sitting in storage since the show wrapped in April 2009.
Dwayne Leicht is a fan of Corner Gas from Kipling. He was in town for other things, but decided to stop by the sale with his daughter, who also posed for a photo with Brent Butt.
“The counters of the Ruby is kind of cool to see, things like that — Emma and Oscar's kitchen and a few other things you can recognize from the show,” he said.
