Rob Vicente’s mother processing news of murder charges in her son’s disappearance

The mother of Rob Vicente is still trying to wrap her head around the latest news that RCMP have charged two men with first degree murder in connection to her son's disappearance.

Vicente, 25, was last seen in Davidson back in October. On Friday, RCMP arrested and charged 22-year-old Darak Andrew More and 20-year-old Devin Riel Joseph Schmit.

Pam Vicente made a statement to , saying she's glad RCMP have made arrests and that the accused are off the streets.

However, when it comes to the first degree murder charges, she said it doesn't seem real.

Pam Vicente also wanted to say that she had never heard of the two accused men until the arrests were made, and insisted they were not friends of her son.
