SIIT – Career Center Prince Albert will be holding a Heavy Equipment Operator Training Program coming up in July, 2018. Dates are yet to be determined – watch for upcoming Poster – which will be on our Facebook page or SIIT Website. The deadline to apply for the Heavy Equipment Operator Training will be May 28, 2018. We will be accepting 8 Aboriginal People into this training program and only those selected will be contacted by SIIT – by Letter of Acceptance.

The Prime Candidate will have the following requirements:

• Grade 12 Preferred – with High School Transcripts
• Copy of their Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Updated resume with good decent work experience and have the desire to work in the road construction or Oil & Gas, Mining, or Potash Industry.
• Accommodations already set up in Prince Albert or prior arrangements for a place to live during the Program.

There is no tuition for this program and each student that is selected will receive minimum wage.
