Girl Guide Registration

Aug 25, 2016 | 9:24 AM

We will be having a registration night Tuesday, September 6th from 6:30-8pm at the Wildlife Federation just north of town behind the RCMP building.

We will also be at the Youth Activity Fair at the Gateway Mall September 24th.

Registration is ALWAYS open online at www.girlguides.ca and all of the unit time, place, and age information is available online for Prince Albert, Birch Hills, Christopher Lake, and Shellbrook.

Engaging girls in their future and the community and having them lead the way in their own lives and learning how helping others helps themselves is a key part of Girl Guide programs in and around Prince Albert.

Try enrolling your daughter in an evening community organization like Girl Guides of Canada as a fantastic addition to the traditional sporting type activities your daughter is interested in.

Girl Guide programs are for girls ages 5 and up. Registration is always open online at www.girlguides.ca.

What do we do in Girl Guides?

  • Learn about camping and get to participate in sleepovers
  • Choose some of your own activities as asking the girls what they want to try is part of our programming.
  • Earn badges based on your own interests.
  • Try activities such as archery, yoga, rock climbing, owl banding, hiking, crafting and more.

Last year we added a technological twist at one of our city wide events and wrote and produced a music video!

Everything we do at Girl Guides promotes Girl Greatness by providing opportunities for girls to grow  and help others as they find their place in the community.
