Proposal Writing (SUPP 1400)

This six hour workshop will provide participants with an overview of basic proposal writing styles and techniques.

Topics covered include when to write a proposal, selecting the type and style of proposal, and also the format of a formal proposal.

Proposal presentations will also be covered. Participants will have the opportunity to develop a draft outline for a proposal of their choice as part of the workshop.

The facilitator will be Grant MacTavish. Grant has over ten years of experience in proposal writing, and has authored over one hundred proposals. Grant will present a very practical approach to proposal writing drawing from his extensive experience.
