Research –in- Practice Mentorship Training Opportunity

Hello fellow RiP practitioners,

Saskatchewan Adult Basic Education Association and the Saskatchewan Literacy Network are offering Research-in-Practice (RiP) Mentorship training at no cost to participants.

We are looking for people who have either participated in previous RiP training opportunities or have some RiP experience, to take on a mentorship role for newly trained researchers.

If you might be interested, come to the mentorship sessions at the RiP workshop on Jan. 21st and 22nd .  The workshop will provide training sessions for people who are new to RiP and will also provide mentorship and engagement training for people who are willing to consider becoming a mentor for others as they develop their RiP skills.

Feel free to come and check out the training and then decide what your commitment to the RiP movement in Saskatchewan can be.

The attached poster has workshop details and registration information.  Registration deadline is Jan. 10, 2011. Numbers are limited so register early.

If you have questions, please contact Elaine at (306)651-7284 or at elaine.ebenal@sasktel.net.

We look forward to working with you to make research-in-practise an integral part of adult education in Saskatchewan.
