Chamber of Commerce Inspired by Deb Thorn’s Discussion of Moose Jaw Revitalization

I am still buzzing after the Downtown improvement luncheon we held with Deb Thorn yesterday.

  Moose Jaw faced a scenario exactly like ours and through perseverance and determination they were able to create one of the best spas in the world. 

The spa created a trickledown effect that paved the way for many more businesses to join the downtown core.

At this time, they have no vacancies downtown and even on Sundays their streets are at full capacity.  The biggest message: don’t think they will do it.  Think me.  You have the power, don’t wait around.

Let take this initiative and bring constructive ideas on how we can make our downtown the beautiful downtown I know it can be.  When I spoke with Deb she said that she wished she had such a gorgeous place to start.
