Green Tea, Vitamin C and Sun Time Skincare

Did you know that wearing a Green Tea Serum under your Sunblock is proven to make sunblock more effective? 

For maximum sun protection, use a green tea product like a base coat. 

Let it absorb and dry for about five minutes and then put your Sunblock on over top. Another bonus – green tea means huge anti aging.

A sunblock has to have an SPF of 30 or higher to be considered sunblock. Make sure it protects from both UVA and UVB rays – full spectrum coverage.

Use Vitamin C on your skin at bed time. 

We do more cellular repair during sleep than in waking hours. Vitamin C helps undo sun damage that you can see and can’t see. It helps keep pigment problems from forming in the future.
