Man killed while walking on Highway 11

A man walking on Highway 11 was killed this morning roughly 10 kilometres south of Prince Albert. 

RCMP said the man was hit by a north bound semi truck and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi was not physically injured and remained on scene for police to arrive.

The northbound portion of Highway 11 was closed and traffic diverted until roughly 8:30 a.m. this morning. An RCMP collision reconstructionist and Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate.
