Man sustains serious injuries in Highway 2 crash

The heavy fog which blanketed Prince Albert and area today, Oct. 22, caused havoc on the roads and may have contributed to a pedestrian crash.
At roughly 6:30 a.m. P.A. RCMP received the call a man had been hit on Highway 2 S. approximately 2 km. South of P.A.
They, as well as RCMP Traffic Services and Prince Albert Parkland Ambulance, discovered a 21-year-old man who had allegedly been walking in the middle of the road when he was hit by a half-tonne truck.
He’s currently in Saskatoon Hospital with serious injuries.
