UPDATE: Alleged trailer thief busted again

A 19-year-old man from Minnedosa, M.B., appeared at Prince Albert Provincial Court Friday morning, Feb. 5.

He is accused of having over $25,000 worth of stolen property in his possession.

Jared Dornn was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 3 by Shellbrook RCMP.

Police observed a pick up towing a snowmobile trailer.  The snowmobile trailer had been stolen the day before in Brandon, M.B. 

The trailer also contained a large amount of stolen heavy truck tires.

This is not Dorn’s first offence. 

Back in January, he was arrested and charged by Shellbrook RCMP for possession of stolen property.  He allegedly stole a heavy trailer from a business in Shellbrook. He was released on bail.

Court was adjourned until Feb. 29, he remains in custody until then.
