PA fire department keeps active on long weekend

The Prince Albert Fire Department had little time to relax this Thanksgiving long weekend. 

They attended to nine calls. 

Of note, two calls were for vehicle accidents, one call for a STARS landing and one for a vehicle fire. 

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on October 11 PAFD responded to the 700 block of 28th St. E. for a tree on a power line. They established a perimetre until SaskPower arrived. 

Early Sunday morning PAFD responded to a possible water rescue in the vicinity of Diefenbaker Bridge. They were informed their services were no longer required upon arrival.
