May 21, 2015 | 10:53 AM

Police still don’t know the cause of death of a 14-year-old boy who was pulled from a creek in Regina’s east end on Wednesday, but the investigation has determined there was nothing criminal involved.

Police were first called to the Pilot Butte Creek at 12:21 p.m. in the area of Fines Drive at Coleman Crescent. The teen was pulled from the creek and taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead about one our later.

Police say the investigation into exactly how the boy died continues, but they have determined there is nothing suspicious about his death.

The teen’s family has been notified, but the boy’s name will not be released.
