Pair accused in murder conspiracy back in court

Two people accused of conspiring to kill each other’s spouses were expected back in court.
Angela Nicholson and Curtis Vey, both 49, were expected to make pleas at Melfort Provincial Court on Monday morning. Nicholson was present, but Vey was not in attendance.
Nicholson’s lawyer Ron Piche said they would not enter a plea until they receive word from Vey’s defense counsel.
The two accused will make another appearance in Wakaw Provincial Court Nov. 12.
