Funeral service set for Kaila Berg

Funeral services have been set for a Shellbrook girl who lost her battle with cancer during a trip to the Grey Cup in Edmonton.

Kaila Berg, 18, passed away Nov. 29 after a 15 month battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma Disease.

Berg was part of a group selected to travel to the Grey Cup through the Chris Knox Foundation, which was created to allow kids and young adults battling cancer to attend the game.

A prayer service is Friday 7 p.m. at River Park Memorial Chapel.

The funeral will be held at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Saturday at 2 p.m.
