Snow crews to work through the night

Nov 18, 2010 | 4:21 PM

The City of Prince Albert is reminding residents that crews will be working through the night to ensure roads in the city are safe for drivers.
The City will be prioritizing their ploughing operations. Emergency routes take highest priority, with school and city bus routes being second highest. The downtown core is third on the list and the residential areas throughout the city are last.
Currently, the City has not declared a parking ban on designated snow routes and will not be able to until at least 9 a.m. tomorrow. They can only make such a declaration at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Crews will take a break from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. to switch shifts and monitor road conditions.
More information is available at the city’s website here.
