There’s no better feeling than the pride felt when acknowledged for being the best at something you love to do; and Prince Albert has one very proud store manager. 2018 has been an eventful year for Warren McGlone, Manager of the new Save on Foods. The store he opened in April has already made a positive impression with grocery shoppers. They were voted Best of the Best Deli Counter in Prince Albert. McGlone boasts, “We have an empowered team here at Save On Foods, that are trained to make decisions in the moment, so they can best serve our customers.”
There is comfort in knowing that when you are on the go, there is a fast and easy meal-time option. Freshly cooked hot and ready-made dishes are always available in the deli for your convenience. McGlone adds, “Our hot wing bar is awesome, we bring out 10 different, fresh flavours of wings every morning by 10:30am. All the dishes in the deli are always hot and ready to serve.”
From pastrami and salami, you can find the finest deli meats and ready made sandwiches that will rival any New York delicatessen.
While enjoying the wing bar, you can treat yourself to their selection of Jones soda, and indulge in a frozen yogurt from 6 different flavours and your favourite toppings. Shoppers can dine right there in the restaurant area or take it to go.
