Local paramedics salute fallen comrades

Parkland Ambulance has lowered their flags Wednesday out of respect for two dead paramedics in British Columbia.

The paramedics lost their lives yesterday in an incident at Kennedy Lake, on the west coast of Vancouver Island.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased paramedics and the extended family of the BC ambulance service,” said Parkland Ambulance in a news release.
