Community Groups Compete to Be the Top Fundraiser for the Salvation Army Kettle Challenge

The Salvation Army’s first kettle challenge was held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 with kettles at the Gateway Mall, Wal-Mart, Superstore, Safeway, Co-op, and the South Hill Liquor Store.
First place goes to the Retired RCMP Veterans at Wal-Mart who raised $2,150.15.
Second place goes to the Anavets at Gateway Mall with $935.75.
Third place is the Klassic Kruisers at the South Hill Liquor Store with $694.48.
