When employees at the Prince Albert Conexus Credit Union were given the option to select the charities they wanted to help it didn’t take long for them to pick the Victoria Hospital Foundation.  In return Conexus donates $25.00 per employee to the charity their employees select.

The Victoria Hospital Foundation’s, executive director, Rob Dalziel, said the funds will be used to help purchase medical equipment for the Victoria Regional Hospital.  Dalziel commented, “Every day we learn of ways in which having the right medical equipment at the right time can make a huge difference to patient outcomes. It could mean that a grandmother gets to see her daughter’s graduation or it could mean that a father gets to attend his son’s wedding.  Health care is important to everyone and this gift, like so many others, will make a positive difference in helping to bring better healthcare closer to home”.
