RM councilor facing drunk driving charges

A rural municipality councilor from the Mayfair area faces charges that include impaired driving.
According to Blaine Lake RCMP, Earl Holmes is charged with impaired driving and refusing a breathalyzer.
He's also charged with one count of drug possession, and a charge of careless handling of a firearm.
Holmes has appeared in court and is scheduled to return Mar. 3.
