Police investigations bring new details

There are new details emerging regarding the stolen vehicle rollover over the weekend.

Another person has been charged in the incident. A 15-year-old girl, who was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle, is charged with breach of her undertaking. She has been released and will appear in court on Apr. 6.

Meanwhile, the 19-year-old driver, Jamie Lee Sewap, has been remanded and will appear in court on Apr. 1.

The other male and female allegedly involved were released without charge.

The vehicle was stolen from the 500 block of 28th Street East and the rollover resulted in the 1600 block of Second Avenue West.

New details have also emerged in the assault in Prince Albert’s east flat area.

Joey Owen Kkailther, 21, of Wollaston Lake is charged with assault and three counts of breaching his undertaking.

He’s been released on a cash recognizance and will appear again in Wollaston Lake Court on Apr. 13.
