Each spring, it is a great relief to have warmer temperatures emerge and to see the snow slowly disappear. Despite this great relief, the spring does reveal the unsightliness of garbage and litter that collects during the winter.
Each year, the City of Prince Albert and several community partners coordinate Pitch-In week to encourage businesses, individuals and groups to pick up litter left behind after the snow melts.
2015 Pitch In Week runs until Saturday May9, 2015.
