RCMP seizure in White Fox turns up drugs, firearms; two charged
Two residents from White Fox, about an hour northeast of Prince Albert, are facing multiple charges after police seized drugs, firearms and cash from a home earlier this month.
Saskatchewan RCMP’s Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team (CRT), with help from Nipawin RCMP and the Saskatchewan RCMP Critical Incident Response Team, executed a search warrant at a residence in White Fox on May 13.
Officers found a loaded rifle-style firearm, a replica firearm, ammunition, about 19 grams of cocaine, 33 grams of crack cocaine, 35 grams of methamphetamine, about four grams of fentanyl, drug trafficking paraphernalia, cash and several cellphones.
Following the search, three people were arrested at the scene. Two women from White Fox face multiple firearms offences, drug trafficking-related offences, possession of property obtained through crime, and breaching weapons prohibitions.
