Police investigate alleged taxi-jacking

A Prince Albert taxi driver managed to escape unhurt after being threatened with a knife and forced out of the vehicle.

The incident happened the morning of May 15.

Police were told two women got into a cab, threatened the driver with a knife, and then drove off with the cab.

The taxi was tracked via GPS and was located driving northbound on Central Avenue toward 15th Street.
