Response time under investigation after fatal crash in Saskatoon

A driver has died after a crash on 20th Street in Saskatoon on Friday morning.
Saskatoon police say the crash happened around 5:20 a.m. near Avenue I and 20th Street.
The vehicle was apparently travelling eastbound and crossed the opposite side of the street and struck a parked vehicle.
Police say the driver appears to have suffered a medical emergency just prior to the crash.
