One boy shot in south Regina, another facing charges

A twelve-year-old boy is lucky to be alive after being shot in the stomach.
Regina police responded to the shooting on Saturday at 3:55 p.m. on the 1500 block of Garnet Street.
The boy was taken to hospital where he is expected to recover and another boy has been arrested.
A 15-year-old is facing multiple charges including careless use of storage of a firearm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
