P.A. athletes finish on top at fitness competition

Josh Kapacila and Whitney Darchuk-Parenteau finished first in their respective divisions at the Bridge City Beatdown in Saskatoon this past weekend.

This was the third year in a row Darchuk won top female. 

This was Kapacila’s first time winning top overall male.  His younger brother James finished ninth.

More than 20 CrossFit clubs from across Western Canada were represented at the competition, including Vancouver, Red Deer, Winnipeg and Calgary.
