Common Ground Project at Tapestrama

Sep 24, 2015 | 1:34 PM

The Common Ground Project is a six month pilot program to bring together First Nations, Metis and Newcomers to Canada.

Common Ground is working through the Prince Albert Multicultural Council (host of Tapestrama), Prince Albert Indian Metis Friendship Centre and the YWCA. As such, the Prince Albert Multicultural Council, in particular, has kept in mind the goals of Common Ground in its creation and promotion of Tapestrama 2015.

Tapestrama is a fantastic event that has traditionally celebrated all cultures. Entrance to two days of activities is free.

Karen Cay, coordinator of Common Ground Project will be in attendance to answer any questions from 3-6 p.m. Saturday.
