Trial set to begin for man accused of murdering son

Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench will provide the setting for the trial of Larry McDougald.

The 67-year-old was arrested in October of 2013, following a confrontation on his farm north of Prince Albert.

Mcdougald’s son Terry McDougald was shot to death and two others were allegedly shot at and or threatened. 

RCMP have said the shooting was the result of the three men coming to the farm to claim property.
