No injuries after distressed aircraft makes belly landing at airport

An aircraft in distress was forced to make a belly landing in Prince Albert Saturday night.
Fire crews responded to the airport at around 10:30 p.m. for the incident where they said the aircraft was experiencing a landing gear malfunction. After numerous attempts to get the landing gear to lower without success, the aircraft made a successful belly landing on the runway.
All passengers and crew were evacuated from the aircraft without injury.
Maintenance crews worked through the night to remove the disabled aircraft.
