P.A.’s Kraus traded to Everett after one year in Brandon
Jayden Kraus is headed back out west following a Wednesday trade in the Western Hockey League (WHL).
The Prince Albert-born goaltender was shipped off to the Everett Silvertips on Wednesday after guarding the crease for the Brandon Wheat Kings this past season. Oddly enough, July 29 marks exactly one year since he was traded to Brandon from the Victoria Royals.
During his one year with the Wheaties, the 19-year-old finished with a 14-11-1 record (W-L-OTL) with a .895 save percentage (SV%) and a 3.65 goals-against average (GAA). Previously, during his two full seasons the Royals, Kraus posted a 33-21-9 record with a .908 SV% and a 2.86 GAA.
