Two men charged after Prince Albert shooting, firearm seizure
A man suffered serious injuries after a shooting in Prince Albert on Sunday afternoon, leading to a high-risk police operation and the arrest of four people.
Prince Albert Police Service officers were called to the 800 block of 13th Street West at about 1:30 p.m. on July 12 for a weapons complaint. Upon arrival, officers found a 38-year-old man with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to hospital by Parkland Ambulance for treatment. Police said his injuries are serious but not considered life-threatening.
Investigators later identified a residence in the 800 block of 12th Street West as a scene connected to the shooting and launched a police operation.
