Cocaine and cash seized during bust at Prince Albert business

A 20-year-old man is facing a number of serious charges in connection to a drug bust in Prince Albert that involved the seizure of cocaine and cash.

On January 8, at approximately 9:30 p.m. members of the Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team conducted enforcement action at a business in the hospitality industry in the 3500 block of 2nd Avenue West.

As a result of the search warrant, the following items were seized:

– $2,350 cash

– 124.9 grams of cocaine

– Two digital scales

– Three cell phones

– Other paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking

A 20-year-old man, 18-year-old man, and 19-year-old woman suspected of trafficking illicit substances were arrested. However, the latter two were later released without charges.
