Elk Ridge Resort will be hosting a prestigious golf event this August.

The resort will host the PGA Tour’s 2024 Elk Ridge Saskatchewan Open from Aug. 12-18. The tournament is part of the season-long points race for the Fortinet Cup.

Lake Country Co-op was announced as the presenting sponsor for the event on Wednesday.

“We are pleased to partner with Lake Country Co-op to bring this prestigious professional golf event back to our province. This partnership of local Saskatchewan businesses provides the opportunity to create an authentic, exciting, and memorable experience for players and spectators alike,” said Kari Bryson, the managing partner of Elk Ridge Resort.

The Elk Ridge course also hosted the tournament last year.

“Lake Country Co-op is proud to partner with Elk Ridge Resort to host PGA TOUR Americas’ Elk Ridge Saskatchewan Open,” said Brittney Rosenberg of Lake Country Co-op.

“We are thrilled to bring this prestigious event to North Central Saskatchewan.”
