Buckland Fire Department names new chief

A man with over 30 years of experience in the fire service, has been named the new chief of the Buckland Volunteer Fire Department.

In the early 90s, Paul See started his career in Buckland before working at Waskesiu and Melfort. He told paNOW he was excited to be back.

“Between my family life and the department it was just the right timing,” he said.

See explained he is looking forward to working with a great crew and the board. He added retention and recruitment will be among his top priorities.
