A 21-year-old Leask man has been identified as the lone death in a fatal collision that happened on Monday night. The crash happened five kilometres north of Martensville.
Initial investigation determined that a northbound SUV and northbound pickup truck collided, and the SUV then rolled. The driver of the SUV was pronounced deceased at the scene. The occupants of the pickup truck did not report any injuries.
Highway 12 was closed for a short period of time but has since re-opened. Warman RCMP are continuing to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
