Positive COVID-19 case at St. Michael Community School

Another positive case of COVID-19 has been identified by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) in an individual at St. Michael Community School.
A press release from the Prince Albert Catholic School Division said communication is being shared with the specific classroom(s)/cohort(s) and individual close contacts associated with the case, as well as the school community. The SHA is proceeding with their assessment of the case, and all individuals deemed to be close contacts have been provided instructions. The school will continue to operate for in-person classes while maintaining the safety protocols that are in place.
On Thursday, two other COVID-19 cases were identified at St. Michael Community School. They were found not to be school acquired.
