Prince Albert drive-thru testing could re-open today

According to the Saskatchewan Health Authority the temporary closure of the Prince Albert drive-thru COVID test site has been extended for this morning, Tuesday, Feb.16.

The centre is located at The Cone Shop Car Wash at 890 6th Ave. East in Prince Albert. The closure is due to the continuing extreme cold currently being experienced in the Prince Albert area.

While it is anticipated they will return to regular operations for today, February 16th at 1 p.m., it is advised to continue to watch for updates.

Environment Canada says the extreme cold values will moderate today to around – 20 C.
